REFUND POLICY

We want you to love what you receive. If something
isn't quite right, here's how it works.
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL — 14 DAYS
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order
to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance
with European consumer law.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
— Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
— In their original packaging
— With all tags attached
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be
returned unless defective:
— Bandeau Bikini (top and bottom)
— Sale or discounted items (if any)
4. HOW TO RETURN
1. Email us at soft.power.contact@gmail.com within 14
days of receiving your order, with:
— Your order number
— Reason for return
— Photos of the product (if defective)
2. We will send you the return instructions and address.
3. Ship the item back at your own expense (we recommend
using a tracked service).
5. REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will
process your refund within 14 days via the original
payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in
case of a defective product or our error.
6. EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish
to exchange a product, please request a refund and
place a new order.
7. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact
us at soft.power.contact@gmail.com within 30 days. We
will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or
replacement.
