SHIPPING POLICY

We ship from Europe with care, designed to bring our 
pieces to you smoothly and reliably.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship across Europe. Other destinations 
(UK, US) will be added soon.

2. PROCESSING TIME
Each piece is made-to-order to reduce waste and ensure 
quality. Please allow 2–5 working days for production 
before shipping.

3. DELIVERY TIMES
Standard delivery within Europe: 5–9 working days from 
dispatch.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 7–14 
working days.

4. SHIPPING COSTS
— Standard shipping: €5.90
— Free shipping on all orders over €75 within Europe

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your 
location.

5. ORIGIN OF SHIPMENTS
Our products are shipped from production facilities 
located in Europe (mainly Latvia, with some products 
from Spain or the UK depending on availability).

6. MULTIPLE DELIVERIES
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in 1 or 
2 separate deliveries depending on product origin. 
This does not affect the total shipping cost — you 
only pay once at checkout.

If your order arrives in multiple parcels, you will 
receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

7. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a 
confirmation email with a tracking number to follow 
your delivery.

8. CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For shipments within the European Union, no additional 
customs fees apply.

For future deliveries outside the EU (UK, US, etc.), 
import duties or taxes may be charged by your local 
authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the 
customer.

9. DELIVERY ISSUES
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during 
transit, please contact us at 
soft.power.contact@gmail.com within 14 days of the 
expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier 
to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund 
if necessary.

10. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before 
placing an order. Soft Power Club is not responsible 
for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by 
the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an 
incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply 
to resend the order.
