1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Service govern the use of the
softpowerclub.com website and the purchase of products
sold by Soft Power Club (operated by Gabriel Durante).

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and
accepted these Terms.

2. PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are described and
presented as accurately as possible. Slight variations
may occur between the visuals displayed and the actual
product (color, texture). Product availability is shown
in real time and may vary.

3. PRICES
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR), all taxes included
where applicable. Soft Power Club reserves the right to
modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the
one displayed at the time of the order.

4. ORDER PROCESS
- Add products to cart
- Validate cart and provide shipping information
- Choose payment method and confirm payment
- Receive order confirmation by email
- Receive shipping notification once dispatched

The order becomes binding once payment is confirmed.

5. PAYMENT
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards (Visa,
Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay,
PayPal. Payments are processed securely via Shopify
Payments and Stripe. We do not store any payment
information on our servers.

6. SHIPPING
Products are shipped from Europe (Latvia, Spain, UK
depending on product origin).
Standard delivery: 5–9 working days.
Free shipping on orders over €75 within Europe.

Bundles may arrive in 1 or 2 separate deliveries
depending on product origin. This does not affect the
total shipping cost.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)
You have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise
your right of withdrawal, in accordance with European
consumer law (Articles L.221-18 to L.221-28 of the
French Consumer Code).

To exercise this right:
- Email us at soft.power.contact@gmail.com with your
order number and reason
- We will provide return instructions
- Products must be returned in their original condition,
unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
- Refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the
return, via the original payment method
- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense,
except in the case of a defective product

Swimwear (bikinis) cannot be returned for hygiene
reasons unless defective, in accordance with Article
L.221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code.

8. PRODUCT DEFECTS / WARRANTY
All products benefit from the legal 2-year warranty
under EU consumer protection laws (Article L.217-3 et
seq. of the French Consumer Code). In case of defect
or non-conformity, contact us within 30 days of
delivery at soft.power.contact@gmail.com.

9. LIABILITY
Soft Power Club cannot be held liable for indirect
damages resulting from the use of products. Our
liability is strictly limited to the amount of the
purchase.

10. APPLICABLE LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of
dispute, you may use the European platform for online
dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
